its like if double dealing character was freaking evil welcome to the world of the double dealing delusion. thats just what i (moon pokke acht splatoon) call the evil situationship i have manifested between shinmyoumaru, seija, and tenshi. back in the days of the plague, shinmyoumaru was one of our favorite characters. we also really liked tenshi. and seija. so when we revisited touhou 5 years later, i realized those characters are all still peak. and in my usual way i needed to smash them together like barbie dolls. thats how we ended up here. the shinmyoumaru section will be kinda big because he is my ultimate favorite in touhou.

i view shinmy as a bit of a haughty guy. i think before he met seija, when he was still an uwu pwincess or whatever, he lacked confidence but felt an internal desire to change his situation. he just didnt really have a means to. but epic evil seija showed up and then he transed his gender and became awesome. i dont believe that seija 'manipulated' him to participate in anarchy, i think if he thought of the idea himself and thought himself capable of it, he would have done it without her. but i do think seija still 'used' him and that he was hurt by that of course. sorry this section wont really make too much sense if you dont know the plot of touhou 14... anyway, basically my reading of shinmy is much more 'willingly rude' than i see people protray him. not to say that people dont protray him like that, there is a good amount of content that does, but i have also seen a lot of "hehe im a good girl now!!!" kind of protrayals of him, (though maybe those were made before the grimoire of usami came out?). i guess what i really like about him is that he isnt afraid to just do things, even if theres a good chance he'll get in trouble, even if he's at a disadvantage, he just does stuff. gets up to no good. a true do no gooder. do. no good doer. he is also cute. that helps. some people view him as being a child, but i am a personal believer in him just being a short and dumb adult, i really dislike when i see people reduce him to 'cute little girl', even if canon somewhat does that sometimes too.

i think after grimoire of usami, he's basically completely independent, and in my gensokyo, not living at the hakurei shrine anymore. i love reimu but the way she treats him sometimes gets on my NERVES!!! oh yeah. people love to torture shinmyoumaru. like i get it can be funny because in his natural height hes very tiny, but i think like 80% of fanworks about him include him getting thrown around for comedy value. sometimes its funny but!!! i dont like people taking his agency away from him. his agency is important to me...so i think for everytime someone draws him getting abused, he should be allowed to poke someone's eyes out with a needle (which he did want to do to kasen so its in character). actually hes kind of a violent person there are a few quotes of him just saying shit like 'i cant let you live. Die'. get their asses bro....get them!!! but yeah i support trans mens wrongs and i love this guy i like him a lot and now you know my thoughts yay the seija section oh seija kijin you specimen of a woman. back in the day of our original ddc liking seija was our favorite character over shinmy. mostly caus... i guess she's kind of relatable...? (ALARMS START BLARING) i knooow i know ok but as an autist with low empathy when it matters and a pretentious contrarian nature. we really get her. to the point of considering amanojaku as a label for ourselves 🤔 im not one of those people of the opinion that seija like is physically incapable of actually caring for someone. im a healthy seishin enjoyer. i think seija really loves shinmyoumaru. though she doesn't need shinmy in order to be interesting to me.

her desperation to be Perceived yet her inability to let anyone come close to her...she neeeeeds attention to live (kinda literally) but it needs to be the right kind. she genuinely gets upset when shes nice to people. i promise you people like her exist irl. source: we were Like That. she is also an insufferable tsundere so there's that. i really enjoy her genuine fondness for sagume she expresses in the grimoire of usami also. thats the secret fangirl side she has inside of her. i enjoy reading her as a kind of third-rate oni, like, not even powerful enough to be considered a demon but still not close to anything pure or human. the most lame nothing youkai ever. also i think she says a lot of swear word bc she thinks its cool (its not).

seija when i get you. also i think at first she definitely had bad intentions when it comes to the heirarchy reversal stuff but after the first fail + isc she kinda got her shit together and , after linking up with shinmy again, started actually Thinking about revolutionary ideas instead of just following her species instincts. also i think using her power to reverse genders is really good. i dont think she can do that because no gender is the opposite of the other since its all fake but in my heart she can trans you. beware. ok that was really scattered basically seija is really important to us and has been caus shes lowkey cartoonishly evil in the stupid immature autism way and we get her the tenshi section tenshi is also a specimen. and she's cisgender. scary. this blue haired freak was also a favorite of ours back then and was one of the first recorded instances of us getting a lil Mentally Ill about a character.

like what were we on about when we were 11. idk either. umm so she was our fav for similar reasons as seija: shes an egotistical little fuck. honestly tenshi is the one here im most fearful of completely mischaracterizing beeecause we have only played aocf and not hisoutensoku so. yea im fake whatever. me when i love the character and havent played her game. anyway in aocf tenshi and shin are friendly with each other for completely inane reasons so they dont have much of a relationship in canon, thats ok though thats what im here for. i think tenshi and shinmy are kinda rivals but not really? they have similar philosophies towards their family but the difference is that shinmy is not in a position of power meanwhile tenshi was given boatloads of it for #free. and tenshi's kind of a brat. shinmy has his hands full already so i think patience is kinda short with her

here is the delusion part of ddd. tenshi and seija. they have never spoken in canon or even like gotten near each other. afaik. ill have u know i was on danbooru and i actually did find ONE fanart of them kissing on the lips. anyway i think these 2 are a lethal duo. i think tenshi is a classist fuck (as seen by her elitism and respect for shinmyoumaru only cuz of his clan) so she would haaate some no-name amanojaku. tho i do think they both harbor a tiny bit of respect for each other due to both being incident causers. btw lets pretend shion doesnt exist i lowkey hate her... ☠️ anyway i like to think these 2 are always going at each other's throats this is the toxic part . seishin is like butterflies and happiness, tenshin is like miso soup(??), senten??tenjin??? tenjin is goofy. idk i never thought of a name for that but anyway they are like gooey tar. seija likes being hated (supposedly) so she keeps tenshi around to get that good hatred and also fight sometimes. tenshi tries to avoid seija but she likes shinmyoumaru and they're a package deal so shes fucked. also i really like tenshi and seija's angel vs devil imagry even tho theyre both demons for sure. this polycule sucks tenshi is totttally the 3rd wheel ok thats it
