how is everyone on the indie web doing? i feel better than i did last blog post. umm...! but im complaining about something else...! ugh! (âŦâŦīšâŦâŦ) its been a long time since we have gotten unwanted criticism on our art. because we usually dont put it places where it can be criticized. this is both good and bad... its good because people cant say dumb things, but its also bad since no one is directing us as to how to get better. i would love help when it comes to shading, composition, anatomy, and other things like that. you know what i dont need!! i dont need someone to tell me the big eyes on my big eyed anime girl need to be smaller!! wow im really mad!! i wouldnt be so mad if it was a mistake i made, but its my choice to keep drawing eyes bigger and bigger, because i like it, and i think its cute. so its really sad to have someone indirectly tell me my tastes are bad, and that they should be fixed. the people who did this didnt do it to make me sad, but it did... and its in like, a public server, so i dont want to make a big deal of it. so i just wont post there again, or at least i wont post any thing in that style. hahh... and specifically, i have always been insecure about my art style. the others here disliked anime for a while, i think mostly because it reminded them of their childhood. so i struggled for a long time to start pushing my style. if you look back you can see where my art started, it was like moons and it took me a while to feel ok pushing artistic boundaries and breaking rules. no, anatomically speaking an eye ball should never be that big ,and maybe they are even big for the anime style. but its my style, thats where im taking it...so im just very sad...sorry, im rambling and should probably get a real problem... okay a real problem: we thought our SAT test would be in may, so we were going to study next week, but its next week! so! (x_x) oh no! its ok. we'll just try our bests. umm...anyway... i wish people were more considerate of others... and i think ill keep drawing anime girls with really big eyes... oh and i finished higurashi expect a shrine about that after we finish the touhou one in 5 million years! hauu!
