very stretched out rena ryuguu
rena jumpscare!!! hi again. i was talking with our sister... she really wants us to become a twitter famous artist and rake in commissions. which sounds great and all but social media sucks!!! we might try, though. i just feel like you cant 'make it' as an artist unless you stick with one thing for a very, very long time. our ultimate weakness as artists is that we are very greedy, only drawing what we want in the current moment... very hedonistic artists...! which is not good when the 'thing we want' changes every 3-6 months!!! i think if your art is really super duper good, you could get away with this tactic, but ours isn't at that level. its 'pretty good' but not good or unique enough for people to stick around despite the subject. at least, in my opinion. sigh...woe...and theres the system thing too. i think we would have to singlet roleplay if we wanted to make an 'art brand'. plurality is not very commonly accepted. not that plural artists cant exist, but the ones we know of arent awfully public about it, nor have we seen any mainly comprised of fictives. its good to be the change and representation you want to see though...hau... i dont know. um, peridot wanted me to get a touhou character a like, but i still dont really have one (˘・_・˘) none ive thought about really speak to me... well, even hisami and zanmu-tan, who i spent around 7 hours drawing, are nice. but im not crazy about them. oh, as of writing, i redrew some old art. here's the old version.

5 years ago! jeez. i hope mine from today is better...! also, i made quite a few assets for the 'hakurei shrine' portion of the site. i actually do have hope that we'll finish that shrine. but,, that's it for me for now!!! i ordered some touhou manga so i'm excited to read those in a few business days! and of course i'm still hacking away at reading higurashi! nipah ☆
